How can I tell if an item is available for purchase?

Easy!  If an item is available for purchase on our site, you will see a Red "Add to Cart" below the Quantity Available on the product screen.  Otherwise it will show as ‘Out of Stock’.

Infrequently our computer database may show a product being in stock, when we have actually sold out.  In this case BestPriceCables will contact you by telephone or email to offer a comparable product or a full refund and apology.

 

How much does shipping cost?

$5.95!  We have a low cost shipping option called Economy Shipping available for $5.95 for any purchase at BestPriceCables.  Faster shipping methods are available; please see our Shipping Options and Rates page for more information.  Customized shipping rates for all shipping methods can also be found on the Shopping Cart page when a zip/postal code is provided.

 

What is the cut-off time for an order on any given day?

Under normal circumstances ordered received by 2.30PM Pacific Standard Time (5.30PM EST) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) will be shipped out the same day.  Orders received after the 2.39PM PST cut-off time may still go out the same day, however it is not guaranteed. 

 

How do I track my order?

No problem!  When a tracking numbers is assigned to your order an email confirmation will be sent and tracking/order information will appear under your BestPriceCables.com account login.   Please see our Tracking an Order page for more information.

 

How quickly will my order arrive?

We offer a variety of shipping options, the method that you choose determines how quickly your item will arrive.  Please see either our Shipping Options and Rates or Tracking an Order page for more information. 

 

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Possible reasons why an order may not have shipped:

  • The order/credit card was declined.  We may have tried to get a hold of you.  Please contact us at (800) 678-0961 to verify your credit card information.
  • A P.O. Box was provided for a shipping address, however, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box’s. We may have tried to get a hold of you.  Please contact us to verify your information.
  • An item you ordered is out of stock.  Infrequently our computer database may show a product being in stock, when we have actually sold out.  In this case BestPriceCables will contact you by telephone or email to offer a comparable product or a full refund and apology.
  • If you have not been contacted and none of the above is applicable, please feel free to call us at (800) 678-0961

 

Can I order from BestPriceCables online for international destinations?

Currently we can only process orders online for the USA and Canada.  For other countries, please contact BestPricCables for an international shipment quote at customerservice@bestpricecables.com

  • International Economy packages are delivered via the postal service of the destination country
  • Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country.  Additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 
  • BestPriceCables cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
  • Depending on the country, we may not be able to process an order or ship the product.

 

Can I return a product free of charge?

Is there any warranty coverage for BestPriceCables products?

All of the items sold by BestPriceCables come with a 90 day limited warranty that covers the quality of the product in materials and workmanship. During this period, we will at our option repair or replace all merchandise which proves to be defective. However, we will not warranty any product which has been subjected to improper handling, abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation.
