Our No Hassle Return Policy!

Whether you have just changed your mind, ordered the wrong item by mistake, the product is defective or we sent the incorrect item, our returns are hassle free.  No return merchandise forms, no restock fees, no pressure.

Customers may return any product for refund or replacement within 30 days of the order purchase date.  

• All return packages must be clearly identified by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  Please contact our customer service with your order number at customerservice@bestpricecables.com to receive your RMA# and return instructions.
• All returns must be in new and saleable condition.  All returns must include original packaging, accessories, manuals and components.

Return Policy Details

Change of mind

If a customer has ordered the wrong product or has simply just changed their mind, they are eligible to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date.   BestPriceCables will refund the product purchase price (excluding any shipping charge).  No re-stock fee will be assessed, provided the item is: in new and saleable condition; includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals and components; returned within 30 days of purchase; the RMA number is clearly marked on the shipping package.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product

If BestPriceCables shipped the wrong product or it was damaged or defective on arrival, customers are eligible to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date.  Upon determination by BestPriceCables of the product being incorrect, damaged, or defective, BestPriceCables will fully refund the purchase or replace the product, plus money back for the expense of the return shipment of the damaged/defective item back to BestPriceCables.

Limited Warranties

All of the items sold by BestPriceCables come with a 90 day limited warranty that covers the quality of the product in materials and workmanship. During this period, we will at our option repair or replace all merchandise which proves to be defective. However, we will not warranty any product which has been subjected to improper handling, abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation.
