All shipping time commitments are based upon receiving an order by 2.30pm Pacific Standard Time, except for Next Day Air which must be received by 1pm PST.  Customized shipping rates for all shipping methods can also be found on the Shopping Cart page when a zip/postal code is provided.

Next Day Air

Next Business Day shipping - Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.

                Cost: As per quote on rate page

Service Area:  All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

Delivery Commitment:  Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination

Benefits:               

• Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day
• Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery

2 Day Air

2 Business Day shipping

                Cost: As per quote on rate page

                Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

Delivery Commitment:  Delivery by the end of the second business day

Benefits:

• Ideal for shipments that do not need overnight service
• Guaranteed second-day delivery 

3 Days

3 Business Day shipping

                Cost: As per quote on rate page

Service Area:  The 48 contiguous states

Delivery Commitment:  Delivery by the end of the third business day  

Benefits:

• An ideal mix of economy and guaranteed delivery
• Perfect for less time-sensitive shipments
• Three free delivery attempts

Standard shipping

Two to Six Business Days

                Cost: $7.95

                Service Area:  The 48 contiguous states

Delivery Commitment:  Delivery by the end of the six business days

Benefit:

• Prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping
• Shipped by UPS Ground, USPS Priority and USPS First Class and others
• Never Parcel Post

Economy Shipping

Four to Ten Days

                Cost: $5.95

Service Area:  All 50 States*

* additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii 

Delivery Commitment:  Four to Ten Business Days

Benefit:

• Economy Shipping uses a variety of shipping options, determined by size and weight.
• If the package is small your shipment may still arrive relatively quickly

Economy Canada

Seven to Fourteen Days - USPS First Class

                Cost: As per quote on rate page

Standard Canada

Six to Ten Business Days - USPS Priority

                Cost: As per quote on rate page

International Shipping

• International Economy packages are delivered via the postal service of the destination country
• Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country.  Additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 
• BestPriceCables cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.
• Depending on the country, we may not be able to process an order or ship the product.

The Fine Print

Under normal circumstances ordered received by 2.30PM PST (5.30PM EST) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) will be shipped out the same day.  Orders received after the 2.30PM cutoff time may still go out the same day, however it is not guaranteed. 

Shipping time commitments are not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which BestPriceCables has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 4 weeks to arrive.  BestPriceCables will take no action on these orders during that time.
