1.     Use of the Website. - Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a product from BestPriceCables.com. The customer agrees that any dispute with BestPriceCables.com LLC. arising out of the Customer's purchase from BestPriceCables.com shall be brought by the customer exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in the State of Oregon; and the customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that BestPriceCables.com agreement to sell and deliver products to the customer is dependent on this provision.

2.     Shipping:  Most orders can be shipped within 24-48 business hours.  If your order is expected to be delayed beyond 48 hours we will contact you via email with an updated timeframe.  Shipments will be made via UPS, Fedex or USPS at the discretion of BestPriceCables.com. Shipping quoted on the site is valid for shipments in the continental USA only, additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO, FPO and International destinations.

3.     Trademarks — The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner or their respective owners.
