Tracking an Order

Find your tracking number by clicking on My Orders and signing into your account.

Tracking numbers help to ensure the safe arrival of your package.  When a tracking numbers is assigned to your order an email confirmation will be sent and tracking/order information will appear under your BestPriceCables.com account login.  Even though a package has left the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours before a package number is trackable with the carrier’s tracking webpage.

Packages with tracking numbers are scanned at each checkpoint on the journey, allowing a package to be tracked, on the carrier’s tracking webpage, as it moves through the shipping system.  If an issue arises with a package the location is readily identified and makes the chances of recovery more likely.  Some shippers only offer Delivery Confirmation numbers.  Delivery Confirmation gives the date, zip code and the time the package was delivered.

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation of a package. In these rare instances, our website will not offer tracking information, but BestPriceCables will still provide an order status.

If you placed your order online and did not receive an email order confirmation, your order may not have processed, it may have been declined, or it may be a simple as typo on the email address.  Please contact us at (800) 678-0961 so we can solve the issue for you.
